Hello,

For those who don't know me  I'm Hayley one of Nicola's bridesmaids on her big day and I'm attempting to stop that Jackson one from completely organising her own hen do!

So without further ado, here's plan A (I like a plan)

Saturday 29th March 1300hrs - Meet at an undisclosed location for a 'surprise' (Nicola's going to see this and I'm trying to keep this bit secret)

Saturday 29th March 1600hrs - Check into our accommodation at the brand new Ibis South Bridge

Saturday 29th March 1900hrs - Depart accommodation with a 5 min walk to Le Monde Hotel (watch out for the cheesy music people at work) for cocktail making class, 3 course dinner and entry to Shanghai Nightclub for those who like to dance.

Sunday 30th March 0200hrs - A visit to Nicola's takeaway shop of choice  for an early morning snack for those worn out by all that dancing  

Sunday 30th March 1000hrs - Depart accommodation and grab breakfast before saying goodbye

Now for the small print...
The costs would be as follows:

All in - £130

Secret surprise (back home in time for little people's bedtime) - £25

Dinner, Cocktails and Dancing (this is a package so I can't reduce it for last train people, sorry) - £55

Accommodation - £50

So in some sort of trying to be organised fashion could you let me know by 6pm on Friday 24th January which option(s) you would like to confirm? In the meantime I will set up some paypal payment buttons thing on this blog page and if all monies could be paid by Friday 28th February that would be most fabulous. 

If possible can let me know your intentions by leaving a comment at the end of this blog as it will be easier for me to track than emails (especially as I leave for India in 9 days) but if need be email is fine
