Room Arrangements and Taxi Marshalls

Evening Ladies,

Not long to go now, the recipe book arrived on Friday which was quite exciting :)

So final arrangements for Saturday...

12noon Ibis South Bridge opens for check-in

2.30pm All meet at Le Monde Hotel for cocktail making (please be mostly ready for the night ahead, there should be time to get changed before the secret surprise but not time to start getting ready at this point, unless you're really quick...)

4pm Leave Le Monde, 10 min walk to Ibis South Bridge

To make it easier for me to make sure I've allocated beds for everyone I've done some suggested room arrangements, obviously you don't have to stick to these but as long as I've got everyone somewhere to sleep all is good...

5pm Taxis booked for secret surprise (45mins maximum getting ready assuming we finish cocktail making at 4pm on the dot)

Given that there are 20 (possibly slightly tipsy women, depending on how good your cocktail making is) I've roped in some help in the form of the lovely Dawn and Kate who will act as taxi responsibles, the cars are booked with Capital Cars but just to ensure that everyone is in and no-one gets left behind...
